When the earth was created a virus of disorder, was embedded within the order. Whether this was due to accident, design, or a malignant influence is not something that the ancients knew. Despite their ignorance of the cause, they were able to create a belief system that acted as a vaccine against the contagion. Sun worship as at the centre of this, because not only was it the source of life, it was the source of knowledge.

Through reading its pulses and flares they learned that the virus was increasing in strength and had the potential to corrupt all of creation. They were also told how to fight the virus, and it was successful for several generations, but eventually the knowledge itself became a victim of the disorder...
